Built for veterinary practices

Your ideas. Your voice. On every channel your clients check.

VetPost is the AI-powered posting app built for veterinary practices. Record one two-minute memo, and AI turns it into a finished post on every business profile your practice has, all at once, written the way your practice actually talks. Your only job is the thumbs up.

The problem

Your page goes quiet every time the schedule fills up.

Every practice knows the pattern. Somebody posts for two weeks, the appointment book fills, and the page sits silent for three months. Meanwhile, the practices that stay visible are the ones new clients find first.

The busiest month at your practice is usually the quietest month on your page.

Marketing is somebody's fourth job

At most practices, social media belongs to whoever has the least on fire that day. It competes with appointments, callbacks, and inventory, and it loses every time.

Corporate content isn't your practice

Stock posts and canned calendars read like stock posts and canned calendars. Your clients follow you for your doctors, your patients, and your community, not generic pet facts.

Writing takes time nobody at a clinic has

A decent post takes real time to write, on a day when nothing else is on fire. In veterinary medicine, those days don't exist.

How it works

Talk about the animal in front of you.

The whole system is built around the one thing everyone at a practice can do without carving out time: talking about their work.

1

You talk.

Open the app and record a quick memo, or film a short video, whenever something worth sharing happens. In the exam room, in the barn, between appointments. Two minutes is plenty, and rambling is fine.

2

AI does the rest.

AI writes the post in your practice's voice, built from your own real writing. It suggests the best photos from your clinic's library based on what you said, or cuts your video into short captioned clips. Veterinary guardrails are built in.

3

You give the thumbs up.

Every post lands in a review queue, and nothing goes out without your approval. Approve it once, and it posts to every business profile you've connected, each version tuned to its platform. Your entire time cost is a few minutes a week.

The AI listens for who and what you talked about. Mention Dr. King and a dental cleaning, and the photo of Dr. King mid-cleaning is already waiting at the top of your clinic library when you go to pick one. Your practice's own photos, matched to your own words. No stock photography anywhere.

Photos and video

Photo posts and video clips. Both, a couple of taps.

Some weeks it's a photo and a story. Some weeks it's thirty seconds of video from the barn. VetPost handles both, and nobody at your practice has to become a videographer.

Photo posts

Snap a photo in the app, pick one from your camera roll, or let AI suggest one from your clinic's own library. Photos your team banks over time become a practice asset every post can draw from.

Video clips

Film up to two minutes and narrate while you film. Nobody has to be on camera. Film the horse while the doctor talks. AI cuts it into short clips with captions on screen, ready to post as Reels.

Built-in ideas

Never wonder what to post again.

Open the app with nothing in mind and there's always something worth posting, matched to your kind of practice.

A veterinary seasonal calendar

Ideas timed to real veterinary seasons and observances, and matched to your species mix. An equine practice sees spring laminitis and fall vaccines; a small-animal practice sees dental month and heartworm season.

Case of the Week

Every Tuesday, a prompt worth talking about. Tap it and it becomes your memo topic, so a two-minute recording between appointments turns into that week's post.

Your own idea bank

Every tangent in every memo gets saved. The stories you mention in passing become future posts, so your page stays active even in weeks nobody records a thing.

The payoff

Showing up every week changes how your community sees you.

Consistency is the whole game. Post once a quarter and you're invisible. Post every week and things start moving.

Your clients see an active practice

Current clients see your doctors, your patients, and your community every week, including the months the practice is too slammed to think about marketing.

New clients arrive pre-sold

A page full of your real doctors and real patients reads like proof of how you practice medicine. By the time someone calls, they've already decided to trust you.

Your name is the answer

When someone in town asks "who's your vet?", the practice that's been showing up in their feed all year is the one that gets named.

Your options

Three ways to keep the page alive. One fits a clinic's day.

We'll be straight with you about all three, including when the other two are the better buy.

Do it yourself

Someone on staff runs it

Free, and it works if someone at your practice genuinely enjoys it and will sit down every single week without fail. A few practices have that person. If you do, keep them.

Hire it out

A social media agency

Competently scheduled content for a real monthly retainer. But they've never met your doctors or your patients, and it shows. Generic content, professionally posted, is still generic content.

The trial

Watch it work before a dollar moves.

"We build it out and customize it just for your practice. Run it for two weeks. If it works and you like it, we set up a monthly agreement. If it doesn't, no big deal, we walk away."

  1. Setup takes about 20 minutes, self-guided. You answer a few questions about your practice, paste in some things you've written, and connect your Facebook page. At the end you get a practice code and install the app.
  2. We build your practice's voice profile from your real writing, by hand, before anything goes live. Then every memo anyone at the practice records becomes a draft in your review queue.
  3. The trial ends on its own after two weeks, with no card on file and nothing to cancel. If you want to keep it, we set up a simple monthly agreement.
FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Film the animal while you talk. Narrated video of a patient, a procedure prep, or a walk through the barn makes the best clips anyway, and nobody's face has to be in it.

Who approves what gets posted?

You do. Every post waits in a review queue until someone at your practice approves it. Nothing publishes on its own, ever.

What about client and patient privacy?

Guardrails are built into every draft: no identifiable client, owner, or patient without permission, and stories are anonymized automatically ("one of our patients," "a client's mare"). Photos only enter your clinic library with a consent confirmation.

Will it give medical advice?

No. Posts educate and point people to your office. The AI is specifically instructed never to diagnose, prescribe, or make claims your doctors wouldn't. When in doubt, the post says "call us."

Which platforms does it post to?

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile — and one recording covers all of them at once. You choose which ones your practice uses; Facebook is the starting point for most.

How much time does this actually take?

A two-minute memo when something worth sharing happens, and a few minutes a week approving drafts. That's the whole job.

What do I need to get started?

Admin access to your practice's Facebook page, about 20 minutes for setup, and the phone you'll record on. That's it.

Can more than one person at the practice use it?

Yes. Any phone at the practice can pair with your practice code, so the doctor, the practice manager, and the tech who's great with the camera can all contribute.

What happens after the trial?

It ends on its own. No card on file, nothing to cancel. If you want to keep it, we set up a simple monthly agreement.

Two weeks. Your practice's voice. Zero risk.

Start the trial and watch real posts, in your practice's real voice, show up ready for your approval. Or book a call first and we'll talk through whether it fits.
